Brief Answer:
You can combine Advil and Tylenol.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor " service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
If you went off mirtazapine suddenly, it may cause headaches as a possible withdrawal symptom.
You refer also for migraines and sinusitis, both these conditions may exacerbate after stopping an antidepressant drug.
In all the cases, I think, a combination of Advil and Tylenol ( for example Advil followed by Tylenol after 6 to 8 hours if necessary) may result in good control of headaches without overloading your body.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

Sorry and make sure there is nothing more serious going on
Brief Answer:
I don't think that there is something serious.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
I don't think that there is a serious condition that is causing your headaches.
Headaches and nausea may be explained by mirtazapine stopping and these symptoms should regres gradually.
If you use alternatively Advil and Tylenol as discussed before, there is no overload.
Hope this helps.
Greetings.

Hello again.
Okay, if you can control headaches with Tylenol you can use it.

Brief Answer:
You can use Advil safely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Aneurysm or stroke result in other neurological symptoms besides headaches, in your case, sinusitis, migraine, anxiety, may justify headaches.
As we discussed previously, you can take Advil for example 400 mg up to 4 times a day safely.
You can also use alternatively Advil and Tylenol safely until you see your Doctor on Monday.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
