Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that these fitness bands are not medical grade equipment’s and the chance of having a false reading is very high. So I believe if all your previous cardiac tests were normal and you didn’t had any symptoms like giddiness or sense of fainting then just ignore that.

Yes, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your vitals like Heart rate or blood pressure. But do that too often can also cause anxiety. So be relaxed and continue following healthy lifestyle routine along with time to time monitoring.

There is no need of getting any further tests as of now.

Kind Regards
