Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that adrenaline dumps are rash of adrenaline, which are usually related to straining physical activity or anxiety.

They are related to the activation of sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response), which is a normal physiological reaction to anxiety or physical activity. Of course, in some sensitive persons like you, this reaction may be a little exaggerated, causing adrenaline dumps.

Anyway, adrenaline dumps are not harmful.

Besides your cardiac tests are not suggestive of any serious medical disorders. The trace mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation have no clinical significance.

Coming to this point, I would recommend trying to focus on your anxiety in order to prevent those adrenaline dumps.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
