Brief Answer:
I would exclude any cardiac issues.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Your symptoms are not typical of any cardiac disorders.
In my opinion, this kind of pain is typical of a stomach issue.
Have you tried taking an antiacid or PPI (omeprazole)? If you have not tried yet, please try this. The pain relief from such drugs would indicate a stomach issue.
Is the pain triggered by deep breathing? Does it hurt if you press with your fingers on that part of the chest? This could be indicative of a musculoskeletal pain ( including costo).
Anyway, considering the description of the pain and your recent performed cardiac tests, I would exclude any possible cardiac issues.
So, there is no reason to panic or perform any additional cardiac tests as nothing serious is going on!
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!
Kind regards,
Dr.Iliri
