I am currently having some chest pain as well as pain in arms (mostly right arm). No SOB, but am feeling a bit faint and run down. I am not sure this is a heart issue or not and I REALLY do not want to rack up some crazy ER XXXXXXX if this is nothing that cant wait until I see my VA physician (if I can get in tomorrow).
