Question: Hello. I am having bruising on my legs, buttock, and hip areas for around 1 month. My PCP ordered a CBC, PTT, PT/INR, and a renal function panel. I have the results of these. My PCP did not seem to be concerned but I am still having easy bruising with no answer.

Bruising on various parts of body can be due to disorders of platelets, coagulation factors or vessel wall.

The investigations ordered by your primary healthcare provider are appropriate.
Kindly, upload the reports of complete blood counts (CBC), PT, INR and APTT.
These investigations will help to determine probable cause of easy bruising.

Hello and welcome again,
I have gone through your blood reports.
The blood report shows normal platelet count and normal coagulation tests like PT, APTT and INR.
The haemoglobin is on lower side. I suggest you to get a peripheral blood smear examination to know the type of anaemia.
The biochemistry parameters are within range.
A normal platelet count and coagulation tests rule out platelet related or coagulation factors related disorder.
I suggest you to observe if the bruising episodes recurs or not.
Trauma can be the cause of bruises.
If the bruises do not recur there is nothing to worry.
