Question: Hello, I am having male health issues. Testicles/scrotum is always cold and scrotum does not shrink when cold. I have also had very small ejaculation size compared to the past. My hair is thinning over my entire body as well. Hair and arms especially I’ve noticed. Have slight erectile dysfunction as well. Penis glans gets cold as well. I workout daily and do lower body stretches for pelvic region. Sex drive is low also. Do I have low testosterone or something related?

There was trauma done as well to my penis. It was stretched while flaccid and since then my corpus cavernosum will not become hard like it did before. My penis also does not react to physical stimulation like it once did, it’s very hard for me to get an erection.
Brief Answer:
You need proper evaluation as below
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted all your symptoms, age of 20 and understood the concerns.
After reading your history I would advise the following and would like to additional information:
- Get the routine blood tests along with Hormonal studies: Testosterone, LH, Thyroid functions, Liver function and as would be suggested after clinical evaluation by an Urologist and Endocrinologist.
- How much was/is the level of stress and/or anxiety?
- Ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum with colour doppler mode also.
- An actual examination of penis to see for internal scar, nodule formation or so.
These will give an idea about the etiology/ causes so that a specific treatment can be done for improvement or cure.
