Hello, I Am Having My Father MRI Report And Need

Question: Hello, I am having my father MRI report and need consultation for his treatment...from past 1.5 yr he was having problem in walking and standing continuously....he consulted with a local doctor and they advised hip joint replacement surgery...We have already done that for right hip however he is having problem now with left. Please prescribe medicine/treatment based on attached MRI report. Incase you need any other report/detail,please let us know.

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted the clinical and MRI details of your father. Based on the information, he may require hip replacement surgery on left side too.

If there was no collapse of head of femur, then, hip replacement could have been avoided (in such case core decompression and Regrow could have been done).

For pain, DOLO 650 or ULTRACET can be used in the interim period.
