Question: Hello
I am hoping you can help me out I woke up this mornjng with lightheadedness ans a frontal headache on my forehead I believe it may be sinus as I do get this with that I have recently had a cardiac work up down all is well just wondering what I can do to elevate the symptoms till I can see my dr want to make sure there is nothing serious going on

I have read your query and here is my advice.

It is true that frontal headaches may be related to sinusitis.

In the past you used Tylenol for the headaches, so, you can use it again to improve your condition until you see your Doctor.

You can also use saline solution to irrigate your nostrils if you notice blockage.

Sinusitis and other primary headaches are considered not severe conditions, so, please don't worry about anything serious.

An X-ray of the sinuses and para-nasal sinuses is necessary to understand correctly if the headaches are sinus related or not.

Great thank u is there something I can do for the lightheadneds that comes and goes
