Hello! I Am Still Struggling With An Anxiety Disorder I

I know that cortisol is higher in the morning and that might make the symptoms worse in the morning. I certainly don't do anything to bring it on. In fact, I often forget about it until it happens because when I wake up, it's not there until I get up and start moving. Ands then eventually I notice it's back.
Does this all sound like anxiety? What could cause it to be so much worse in the morning? Is it just the cortisol rhythm that makes it worse when the hormone is higher?
And how do I get it better? I dont really think I need an SSRI because it goes away every day and I can typically handle the other symptoms of anxiety... it's really just this morning stuff that is debilitating.
Thanks.
The symptoms could be due to some neurological problem.

Hi sir,
Welcome to ask a doctor service,
I have gone through your follow up query and can certainly understand your concern towards your symptoms.
Yes, definitely the symptoms could be due to some neurological problem.
So, you need to get thorough neurological check up to get an idea of the diagnosis.
With the background of nystagmus, dragging pain in the leg would definitely point out to neurological related.
As cortisol surge may not cause such a drastic symptom to get worsen in the morning as the surge is normal phenomenon.
Hope you can get consulted with numerologist.
And can let me know if you have any anxiety symptoms like nervousness, tremors, palpitations etc.
Hope this information would help you.
Thank you.

Yes, but any sensorineural problem needs to be ruled out.
