Brief Answer:
Go for laproscopic cholecystectomy.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Frankly speaking, biliary dyskinesia is a functional disorder hence medical management is almost every time unsuccessful. In easy language your gall bladder walls are not contracting and relaxing properly causing stagnation of bile. Now this could be due to damaged nerve supply,Problem with muscles of gall bladder or a blockage in any duct and many other factors. Therefore the best way is to go for a planned cholecystectomy laproscopic. It's a day care procedure and you would be discharged in 24 to 48 hours.Gall bladder as such has no role in body except storing extra bile.So removal won't effect you too much.
Don't unnecessarily suffer from pain etc.Get it removed by laproscopic surgery and get rid of all your problems.
Wish you a fast recovery.
Follow ups are welcome.
Don't worry you will be fine soon.
Regards!

Hello,
Is there a certain way to say that gall bladder removal can solve the problem. I have read over the internet that might help in some cases. In some other, there is no way to know of the outcome if that relieves the pain. Gall bladder plays a very important role in bile storage. As we know this is coming from liver to Gall bladder which stores the extra bile. But how will the body react to fatty foods, if there is no gall bladder.
Can I do gall bladder cleansing or take ursodeoxycholic acid to get this gall bladder start functioning slowly.
Thanks & Regards,
Anupriya

Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Anupriya,
Success rate post cholecystectomy is about 95% as per textbook which means in real life its almost 99%.
If you want to read, you may google articles on NCBI which is the official research site of USA.
As per the concern regarding bile storage. It stores only extra bile as bile is produced by the liver. Right now you are having biliary dyskinesia which means that your gallbladder is not functioning properly(so why would you have the problem related to bile after the operation when you are not experiencing any digestive problem right now).
Unfortunately only proven and effective treatment is cholecystectomy and is successful in 95% of cases.
Thanks and regards!
