Question: Hello,
I did intensive workout today on bicycle home trainer ( but couldn't finish my workout because It was too hard at the end ) I felt okay until few hours after the workout. Im quite sedentary and the workout was a bit too intense. Muscles pains and dizziness. My face is pale but doesn't seems to have any fever. I feel also muscle pain to my arm which is weird. I have been trying to rest for hours but it doesn't seems that get a lot better. I don't have constant pain but if I move I feel little pain like after workout. I still can talk, move, or do any task but feels not that great but I don't know what happen.

Also I have ffp2 mask to go do groceries and I do groceries close to my home with ffp2 mask twice a week. Probably not corona.
Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are related to intense workout.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the symptoms do seem to be related to intense work out. It does take 24-48 hours to recover at times.
These are definitely not the symptoms of corona.
You could take a muscle relaxant such as Myospaz forte for relief of muscle pain.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Thank you for your answer. I was a bit worried also that might be related to heart because I got muscle pain that are not really related to the workout (arm shouldn't be painful when I do cycling). Also was wondering why I felt dizzy.
Brief Answer:
Arm pain and dizziness can occur with workouts.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
In heart attacks, the pain starts in the center of chest and then radiates to the inner arm. It is one if the most severe pains and a person finds it difficult to tolerate it.
Arm pain can occur due to prolonged holding of bicycle hand rests. Dizziness can occur due to more than accustomed amount of workout.
