Hello, I Got A Growth Under My Armpit About 3

Question: Hello,

I got a growth under my armpit about 3 days ago about the size of a zit I didn’t think to much of it, but now it’s about the diameter of a dime. It’s red, but it doesn’t hurt at all and it’s soft to the touch but pressing on it feels hard.

2. Is there associated itching ?
3. Any noticeable changes of overlying skin as warmth or else ?
