Hello. I Got Tested For A UTI, And Chlamydia And

Question: Hello. I got tested for a UTI, and chlamydia and gonorrhea and they all came back negative. I had gotten tested due to painful urination, however It only lasted 5 days (thurs-mon). I recently had sex about a week after the pain went away and it was uncomfortable inside my penis. It felt like my urethra but im not sure. I later attempted to masturbate and that was also uncomfortable. Urination and ejaculation are not painful for me.

Likely to be due to inflammation of Urethra (Urethritis)
Detailed Answer:
hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted discomfort in penis and while ejaculation that you have is mostly due inflammation of Urethra (urethritis).
Get your urine culture done to rule out any residual infection from your previous episode of UTI .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure to drink more water .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you

Doctor,
Thank you for your response. However I just wanted to clear a few things up from your response so that we have all of the details correct.
"Get your urine culture done to rule out any residual infection from your previous episode of UTI ."
- I did not previously have a UTI. I stated that my UTI test came back as negative. However should I see a urologist or can I go to a facility such as med express?
"discomfort in penis and while ejaculation"
I have discomfort in my penis during sex, but currently ejaculation does not hurt. I do not know if this makes a difference.
Thank you for your response
