Brief Answer:
Most probably viral as you have headache too, although mild.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns well.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
Does anyone in family or at work have symptoms of Viral infection?
Do you have any urinary complaints?
Well, it is not really known to have any fever or headache after bowel evaluation with medications unless the fecoliths were attached with colon mucosa causing mild ulceration or so.
Hence the probable reason can be unrelated.
Also watch for development of any other symptoms.
Awaiting for your feedback.

Brief Answer:
Let us see the results of Paracetamol and see for progression
Detailed Answer:
I can understand.
We can know the cause only if there are any specific symptoms or signs that can be attributed for the present symptoms that are mild.

I went to the Hospital here and have attached the reports . Kindly check doc.
Hello Doc, i have attached my blood and urine work reports. Please let me know your views.
Brief Answer:
What is the clinical situation at the moment?
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Seen the reports.
What are the symptoms today?
How are you now?
We have to correlate the reports with the clinical picture to have more useful information as simply going through reports is inadequate.

The fever has come down today. Feeling much better. Although some feverish and weakness exists. Does high neutrophils and high CRP mean a bacterial infection. Still not able to locate where the infection is.
Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Good question.
High C-reactive protein indicates inflammation somewhere but it's not specific.
Neutrophils can be raised even as the response of the body to any challenge. Since your total white count is normal and if there is a clinical improvement there is nothing much to worry about it.
I hope this answer helps you further.
Please let me know the progress.
Take care.
Wishing you an early and complete recovery.
