Hello I Had A Laparoscopic Gallbladder Surgery Almost Exactly 1

I had a laparoscopic gallbladder surgery almost exactly 1 year ago (April 2018) . It went well and doctor said no complications with it. But around 2 months after the surgery I started having right side ribs pain burning like and sometimes also right mid/upper back pain. Not as severe as the gallstones attacks that I used to get before the surgery but still bothersome. I am still having these pains now almost a year later not everyday but on and off. I did some searching on the Internet and got concerned reading that stones can form again in bile ducts? which would require surgery all over again. is it common for stones to happen again after removing the gallbladder? is there anything I can do to make these pains go away, like avoid certain food? thank you. I am 29 years old male, 190 pounds.

Stones almost always form in the gallbladder only.
Stones forming in the bile duct is a very rare phenomenon.
Whatever stones that are seen in bile ducts are ones that are formed in the gallbladder and have moved in to bile duct.
Stones in the bile duct can be diagnosed with ultrasound or MRI/MRCP scan.
Stone in the bile duct can cause pain. But the features of that pain will be different from you have described.
So your pain is not due to stone in the bile duct.
Burning pain could be due to peptic ulcer disease.
A course of Nexium would provide relief.
Rarely this pain could be nerve related in which case Gabapentin would provide relief.
