Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,

I am sorry for the miscarriage you had. I carefully read your query and understand your concern.

Because ovulation tests come out negative, this means you are not ovulating. It is good you already checked your thyroid, other blood tests are also needed in your case:
- progesterone
- estrogen
- testosterone
- DHEAS
- FSH and LH
- prolactin

These tests will identify the possible cause of the lack of the periods for such a long time and the needed steps for treatment..

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
