Question: Hello I had a miscarriage on 06/29/19 at 6 weeks gestation. I had unprotected sex on 07/19/19..we had unprotected sex again on 07/29/19 in which I decided to take a morning after pill. I just found out I am pregnant. Did I likely conceive on 07/19 since it was 2 weeks after the miscarriage

Return of ovulation is usually observed in a couple of months after the abortion. You may or may not have ovulated on the 19th. You may have conceived during the later act of intercourse. A HPT usually reads well 3 weeks after conception.

A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably done in the trans-vaginal route, is the best way to know the age of gestation in the current scenario.
