Question: Hello, I had pain in my stomach with gas passing out and stool passed out thrice since morning.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This seems to be food poisoning. You can take ORS after every stool, eat light food like khichdi and watch for 3-5 days. If this doesnot get better, then get tested for typhidot or Widal test. Then we can advise antibiotics accordingly. If the pain in stomach is bad or you can pinpoint the location of pain, then ultrasound whole abdomen maybe needed to find cause under a surgeon's guidance.

Currently medicines are not needed

Hi again

For diarhea, medicines are not needed.
If you think its really needed then you can take the following:
Tab Zentel 400 mg single dose
Tab Meftal spas one tablet tonight with dinner. If needed aother dose can be taken in morning to relieve the pain in abdomen.
Antibiotics are needed only if its typhoid or blood in stools is there.
