Hello. I Had Very Hot Radiofrequency On My Higher Cheeks

Regarding facial expression
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Eyes express your state of mind. More than anything they would express the way you feel about your recent surgery. A sudden change in appearance is more about self acceptance first which takes time to come and then it would transpire through the eyes. Otherwise I don't think the procedure would have directly affected the expression in your eyes, in any way. So, I suggest you to give time rather than opting for another corrective procedure, in case you are contemplating. You can upload, before and after photos in "Reports Section " so that I can review them
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

I actually can feel happy and relaxed and my eyes look the same. It is obvious to me that they changed appearance due to the radiofrequency. Either because the contour of the face changed or because maybe the chemical changes in the upper cheeks or the fact that maybe some cells that "communicate" with the nerves that influence the eyes appearance. I don't understand the anatomy of the look of the eyes. What gives the eyes their expressivity, shine and color? I will put some before after photos
regarding eyes and how the look changes with state of mind
Detailed Answer:
hi.
Your after Image is certainly more appealing to me. The expressivity of eyes depends on the state of mind. Eyes seem shiny, bright and glow when your state of mind is happy and excited (e.g when you see someone you like or love) and this happens through various physiological changes like dilation of pupils and moistening of conjunctiva and cornea in response to stimulation of sympathetic nervous system and people with those eyes certainly look more attractive. Whereas the opposite happens when one is worried, anxious and fearful.

regarding the cosmetic outcome
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Well, yes photographs can be deceptive and the look depends a lot on lighting and styling of hair. Frankly there is not a great deal of difference, if i look at the two pictures. Sometimes i wonder, can non-invasive cosmetic procedures make any significant alteration in the look? They may do to a small extent though, but then things go back to what they were after a certain time. So, one either needs to take repeat sessions or else it won't make any long term difference. My point is, if you feel that your eyes don't have the same spark as they used to have then don't worry, it will be back to usual after a time. You don't need any intervention for that.
