Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Dear if am not wrong I remember our last conversation in which you said that you had anxiety issues also, pardon me if am wrong.
XXXXXXX as per your query I would like to tell you that the two ecg images which you have uploaded I have reviewed them carefully and taking into consideration your young age group, there is no alarming changes in any of your ecg’s.
It’s just the machine software interpretation because of which it’s showing different results.
Stop worrying XXXXXXX as your heart is alright, it’s just your anxiety and stress which is not letting you relax. I advised you to start taking some meditation classes as that will help you combat your stress.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Warm Regards

Hello again
Detailed Answer:
See whenever a diagnosis of heart disease is made it’s made on the basis of several factors and the most important factors include central chest pain or sudden central chest tightness associated with profuse sweating or pain radiating to left shoulder or arm or towards jaw line along with breathing difficulties. All these along with ecg changes are alarming.
Heart disease patients usually have a other comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension or dyslipidemias.
On the basis of these patients are investigated further with echocardiogram or stress tests or Angiography to make the diagnosis.
There is no clinically significant difference among two.
