Question: Hello, I have Severe Itching all over and My Hair feels like There is sand in it and it looks like I have constant dust in it. As time went on More & more strange symptoms are happening From Swelling In My Joints & Sometimes My Joints & Face Get Very hot & Red. I have a Stiff Neck On My Left Side & Now My Left Arm I Can Not Raise Above My Head & Very Painful. Extreme Exhaustion. Sometimes Confusion and Little Black Things When I Close My Eyes Now My Left Eye Seems Slightly Blurry.

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions.

The most common diagnosis that causes this symptom is an allergic reaction.

Another possible cause can be rheumatoid arthritis or gout.

I would recommend the following examinations:

A complete blood count

Uric acid blood level

Rheumatoid factor level

IgE blood level

Meanwhile, I suggest anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.

I also recommend using antihistamines daily such as Levocetirizine 10 mg to relieve the itching.

Hello Doctor and Thank You For Replying, I am not sure if this will help Regarding My Symptoms, I Have Numerous Single Red Dot Bite Marks On My Face, Arms And Chest. And Seem To Get Bruises For No Reason. My House Built 6 Years Ago On Ledge That Had To Be Blasted Numerous Times There Is Surronding Stagnant Standing Water With Poor Drainage, Also My Septic was Places too close to the house with no filters And Many Problems, So Outside And In All My Drains Constantly Have a Severe Infestation Of Septic Flies That We Now Found That The Inside Of Our Walls Were Also Infested. XXXXXXX L
