Hello, I Have A Question Regarding Symptoms I Am Having

Question: Hello,
I have a question regarding symptoms I am having and no one can tell me whats going on. Recently I have dropped 20 pounds in less then 6 months. I am a healthy 20 year old male. I have been measuring my heart rate and my resting heart beat while sleeping or awake goes up to 100-110 in a span of 10 min , increases and decreases. I have also started to shed hair a lot and I am not generally working out or eating unhealthy. I wake up sometimes with a lot of sweat on me and I have high blood pressure. I went for blood work. doctor said all looks good my thyroid was a bit low and then I took my blood work again and it increased again to almost a normal range. Could you help me to figure out what it could be?
