Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it is important to get an abdominal ultrasound to exclude gallbladder stones, liver conditions or pancreatitis as these conditions might cause referred pain to the right chest.

Another cause might be gastritis, this is why you should get a stool analysis for H.pylori infection and try taking Omeprazole once daily before every meal. If the symptoms improve then this confirms the diagnosis...

However, if you experience this chest pain along with dizziness, shortness of breath or sweating then you should go to the hospital as soon as possible as this might be a heart attack.

I hope you find this helpful...
Let me know if I can assist you further...
