Hello I Have An Ingunal Hernia On My Left Side

Question: Hello I have an ingunal hernia on my left side that was supposed to be fixed by surgery but it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However yesterday I noticed I have a boil like abscess filled with fluid on my testicle that is already enlarged by the hernia and it causes a lot of pain when walking or moving since it rubs against the inner part of my thigh. I don?t know what it is or what I should do. I do have pictures.
Brief Answer:
It looks like Abscess of the scrotal wall
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the picture.
It is Abscess of the scrotal skin. The presence of pus will cause pain.It has to be drained. As per the picture,it may rupture spontaneously within few days. You should just clean the wound and apply dressing after rupture. If possible, you can go to your local doctor, get examined clinically and get the abscess incised. It will remove the pus.
Hernia Surgery should be done after the healing of this abscess.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
