Question : Hello, I have been breaking out in a skin rash; and at night I can take Benedryl but during day it makes me far too sleepy. What are the "non drowsy" OTC forms that I could take?

Hi,

Benadryl contains a first generation antihistamine. This class of antihistamines are sedating. I would try second or third generation antihistamines. You can try second generation ones like claritin or zyrtec. Second and third generation antihistamine agents causes lesser / no sedation.
