ED and PME possible side effects of antidepressants.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I too think that you are having secondary infertility, erectile dysfunction and pre mature ejaculation but possibly from the usage of antidepressants more than mercury levels.
The mercury amalgamation in your teeth has probably caused the increased Mercury levels in blood but you are not having dangerous mercury levels (we consider dangerous over 9 ng) .
Being treated for a long time with antidepressants can cause you to have low libido and also causing erectile dysfunction and PME.
I think the first thing you have to do is to remove the mercury composed amalgam in your teeth and substitute it with other types of fillings. Also avoid mercury rich food especially sea food, tuna etc.
Talk to your doctor to lower the antidepressant medications dosage.
Use the medications after intercourse not before it since the effect are more obvious after taking them.
Also try to talk to a sex therapies to help you and your partner to have a more enjoyable sex life. Physiotherapy or sex therapy can help you overcome erectile dysfunction and PME.
If this doesn't work you can use viagra or cialis to help you.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further
