Brief Answer:
Could be due Urethritis due to hormonal changes .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted the discomfort in and around urethra without having any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,frequency etc and with no positive evidence of infection detected in urine analysis and in urine culture is most likely to be due to changes in gental organs including urethra at the post menopausal age .

Consult qualified Gynecologist for clinical and vaginal examination and further treatment.

In the mean time start taking urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin tice daily ..

Using topical Estrogen cream to be applied around urethra and in vagina will help to get relief .

Ensure to wash and clean genital parts with Betadine Vaginal solution will help to prevent inflammation .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
There is no possibility of cancer of bladder .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

The predominant symptom of bladder cancer is blood in urine hence there is no possibility of bladder cancer .

Without having any urinary symptoms and no positive evidence of infection I would not think of any issue related to urinary system .

Take the treatment suggested .You may add estrogen enhancing medicine prescribed by your Gynecologist .I think with this treatment it should get resolve within 2-3 weeks .

Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
You can consult Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

The symptoms that you have are due to senile atrophy of gental organs n females at this age due to Estrogen deficiency .However you can consult Urologist and get endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy ) done to allay your apprehension and anxiety.

Thanks and Regards.
