Hello, I Have Been In Contact With Your Website With

Question: Hello,
I have been in contact with your website with a Gastroenterologist. In summary i first had digestive issue with my upper left abdomen which not feeling comfortable at all. I then ran all tests required and things looked fine. I mentioned that I was going through a very stressful period and that might have been the reason why that was happening.
Now the good news is that my upperleft abdomen is much better, still some discomfort but i understand it takes time. I am then now getting new symptoms (almost 5 days now).
a) Slight shortness of breath
b) Dizziness when just walking
c) Some problems sleeping
d)Itchiness whole body when temperature is hot
Yesterday I decided to excercise and went for a soccer game , i felt dizziness and a feeling that I want to vomit. (I didn't eat well yesterday as well but had to mention it).
Would this be anxiety? or should I check on other physical concerns.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
A number of causes
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir , I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but I would recommend that you get a stool analysis for h.pylori infection if not already done..
However, the symptoms you are experiencing could be due to hypotension or hypoglycemia.. So I would recommend that you get a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial together with a record of your blood pressure daily for one week..
If both are excluded then a CBC test is required to exclude anemia. I hope you find this helpful..

Brief Answer:
Infection and anemia excluded
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. your CBC test and stool analysis are normal which excludes anemia and infection of your gastrointestinal tract..
Hypotension is when your blood pressure is below normal range..
Further testing should include daily record of your blood pressure and a blood test for blood glucose levels both fasting and postprandial to exclude hypoglycemia.. I hope you find this helpful..

Hello Dr Shoman
I am still working on getting you the blood glucose test fasting and post fasting but I am more concerned, there is a headache that has been with me the past 3 to 4 days in the middle part of my head (not my forehead), its not going away at all. It also comes with slight dizziniess, when i am sleeping or laying down on bed it goes away.
Is this something concerning or serious ?Is there any medications for that now ? Please let me know.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Raises another possibility
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, hello again.. This type of headache pattern raises another possibility which is sinusitis or otitis media ( middle ear inflammation). This is why I would recommend that you refer to an ENT doctor to role that possibility out.. In the mean while you can use an antihistaminic once daily before going to bed to relive the headache.. I hope you find this helpful
