Question: Hello, I have been struggling with something here. I have had 2 lymph nodes on left supraclavical that is very little inflamed, I went to ENT doctor and he said its not concerning, he thinks its not even inflamed! Lol. Well i have heard these lymph nodes are almost all the time malignent. He put ascope up my nose and said to keep an eye on it, my question is, can i feel those nodes only on left side and not on the right? I got an ultrasound today and 1 is 3.5mm and the other 3mm. What do you think? Or can this just be the normal size that it is and never noticed i can feel them? They are not painful, but they are moveable.

Brief Answer:
Fnac tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your reports

Your calcium is liw and lipid profile high

You need to take calcium tablets and anti lipid medicines

One of your supraclavicular lymph node is more than 2 mm that is 3 mm and anything more than 2 mm is suspicious of malignancy but good thing is that you have no pain and lymph nodes are movable which goes against malignancy

But to be on safe side i will ask you to do a fine needle aspiration cytology test to rule out malignancy

Regards
