Brief Answer:
You have urine infection and may have outflow obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

the reports sugest you have urine infection. you should do a urine culture and start antibiotics according to culture test. levoflox 500 is better than Norflox discus with your doctor. repeat urine routine after 7 days to see if urine is normal and puscells have gone. otherwise you may need injectable medicine and longer course of antibiotics

now 2nd part of treatment is to find out why you had this infection.
sometimes there can be obstruction to urine flow secondary to injury of urethra from previous operation or stone.

this can be diagnosed by ultrasound and post void residue, uroflowmetry. and cystoscopy if needed. your treating doctor is best person to guide you in this regard.

rule out diabettes also

best wishes
