Hello. I Have Not Had Time To Visit A Doctor

Question: Hello. I have not had time to visit a doctor clinic. I just want a brief description is what I have flu or strep throat. I recently have chills, night sweat, fever and bad body aches. I also have swollen tonsils but its not very sore. It just leaves a dry throat and throbbing feeling. I am also shaky when I wake up .

Based on your above mentioned symptoms I think this could be more probably a viral situation.
But it is difficult to define if it is a viral tonsillitis or bacterial tonsillitis and in order to define better the diagnosis I need to see a picture of your tonsills if there are yellow spots or not.
