Hello, I Have Noticed Black Patch Inside Side Cheeks And
Question: Hello, I have noticed black patch inside side cheeks and white patch on my tongue. It burns when I eat anything spicy. Please suggest what it could be and remedy.

Thanks for asking. I have read it&understand your concern.
1. The black part of the cheek you have can be an injury by cheek biting....forming collection of blood there/It can be from leakage of filling material of dental caries or it can be over production of melanin (melanoma)...which is symptom free in majority of times.
*In your case it seems to be cheek biting or any other injury to cheek..as it burns while eating.
* Try with self care like proper cleaning of mouth/warm water gargles/application of Boroglycerine (over the counter)to the part after cleaning it after each feed.
* In case of no responce..you should consult your doctor for oral medicines as per need.
2.The white patch on tongue could be due to bad oral hygiene/Oral thrush...a fungal infection .
Management again is to maintain good oral hygiene&application of XXXXXXX ointment over the counter.
In case of no responce in 5days of home care you would need oral medication ..with your physicians advise.
3. The local examination by a physician would be beneficial to exclude more concerning conditions with same type of syptoms to start with.
