Hello, I Have Some Very Small Dots In The Roof

Question: Hello, I have some very small dots in the roof of my mouth. They are hard to see just looking in the mirror but when I take a photo with a flash they become visible. I am just curious as to what they are and if I should be worried. No other symptoms to speak of and I am generally fit and healthy Thank you.

I have read your query and gone through the images you have attached. As far as i have observed it looks like minor salivary glands on palate so there is nothing to be worried . These red dots you are seeing is nothing but salivary glands openings.
