Detailed Answer:
Hi there

Thanks for the query

Do you have any medical illnesses?

Any previous surgeries or trauma in the past?

Cold hands could indicate anxiety, stress, circulation problems or nerve problems.

If you notice a colour change in the hands like it getting white, blue and pink later it could be Raynauds phenomenon.

If it's just cool and pale it could be part of anxiety.

Do warm your hands using a warm wet towel which should help in bringing back the warmth and colour.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
