Brief Answer:
Probiotics to be taken - avoid oily and spicy foods and as advised
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The outside food caused a mild intestinal infection or food poisoning.
Since other symptoms of fever, nausea, vomiting are not present you may take the following:
Use boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
Fresh home-made foods only.
Take probiotics.
Take curd/yogurt, bananas.
Avoid any foods that you know increase the problems - like oily and spicy foods should not be taken.
Send stool and blood for routine tests and if there is an evidence of an intestinal infection or if the symptoms persist or increase then you may need a prescription based antibiotic active against intestinal infection and Metronidazole.
