Brief Answer:
Please get examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.

If you have always been regular with your cycles, please check out the cause of the delay by getting a proper clinical evaluation. However, pregnancy is not a possibility since ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the period and you were therefore in the safe period when you had the unprotected intercourse.

There could be other reasons for this delay caused by hormone disruption, namely, sudden weight changes, stress, use of certain medications, polycystic ovaries etc., which need further evaluation to help plan further management. The fact that you have an abdominal enlargement is suggestive.

Hence, I would suggest a proper clinical evaluation in the current scenario.

Hope your query has been clarified. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

regards,
Shanti.V.

Brief Answer:
Can take after evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing back.

You can take medication to induce a period after evaluation. A sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the transvaginal route is needed. Please do it under medical supervision.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to contact me for further clarification. I will be happy to help.

Shanti.V
