Question: Hello, I recently got white spots and lines on the back of my foreskin. When stretched out the clustered lines resemble a stretch mark, however, the spots are growing at the base of my penis shaft. The color is a feint white color. I feel no irritation or pain and I can still become erect. They are also only growing on the left side of my penis. What could this be. I am scared that it is an STD or it will never go away.

Hello,
I can see dry, scaly, light coloured patches. This seems like a form of eczema. This doesn't seem like any STD or an infection. I would like to know if you have any associated symptoms?itching? etc.
An eczematous dermatitis would usually be itchy although its severity may vary from mild to significant. In such a case I would suggest a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few days.
