Brief Answer:
Normal reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. After any injection, some mild bruising or tingling would not be unexpected and would not be anything to be concerned about. Only if you started to develop symptoms such as rash, hives, itching, skin blisters, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or swelling of your lips or mouth, would this be a sign of a dangerous allergic reaction to the injection. However, this would be extremely uncommon with a vitamin injection, and I would not expect that you will have any of these problems.

I would just watch it for now and I would expect that the bruising and tingling will improve and resolve over the next few days to few weeks.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
