Question: Hello I recently had intercourse with my partner and the next morning I have this weird almost rash like thing on my genitals. there was a slight swelling around my foreskin along with a little bit of discomfort there is one or two larger spots, I ran my finger over the top of one pushing down with some pressure and it kind of just pulled off which starts to bleed where it came off but once it had stopped it was almost like it was never there. I live in Japan just now so I got some antifungal cream and tried that for 3 or 4 days and the rash is almost completely gone aside from three or four Sports left that were a bit larger than the other. I'm I right in thinking this was thrush or some sort of yeast infection as the cream seem to have done the job aside from the remaining spot. I am continuing with treatment for a full week to see if it reduces the remaining Sports to nothing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The description and the picture seems like baloposthitis which refers to inflammation of glans and foreskin. You probably had a milder form of inflammation and it seems to be resolving. It may or may not have been caused by a fungal infection; sometimes friction and irritation may also be the cause.
Now that is resolving, I think you need not be overly worried. You may continue using the antifungal cream for a few more days. Avoid unprotected intercourse until the problem resolves. You should also keep the area clean and dry.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need any clarifications.
Regards
