Hello, I Recently Had Sex With A New Partner About

I recently had sex with a new partner about five days ago. I was drinking. We had oral both give and received and vaginal sex with a condom per him. We also slept naked wich his penis was on my butt. I am petrified of herpes, and I immediately started stressing and worry. I went to gyno and she didn’t noticed anything suspicious. In regards to bumps on my leg she believed is folliculitis. She did say there seemed to be a little bit of bacteria vaginosis. Prior to sex, I exfoliated, shaved, used soap and various body washes as well as a lotion that I mixed orange oil into that is not supposed to be ingested. I rubbed this lotion everywhere including genital region. I know! Bad bad. Anyway, throughout the past couple of days I have been stressing, focused and have been so anxiety ridden about having herpes. Per the guy I slept with, he was tested clean about year ago, had two sexual partners since with last sexual contact prior to me ~3 months ago. Per him, he used condoms with both sexual parteners all times. I have noticed on my right buttocks and right thigh in particular what looks like a rash. I have had some warmness, some itchiness to vagina region but not really any pain but mostly feeling of irritation. My skin has been sensitive to B posterior thigh, buttock region, and leg creases to butt and vagina area (bikini line). I have felt a few tingles, and a little bit of a prick sensation where the marks came about. They look like small pimples, or just hair follicles, maybe a rash. I have a normal temp, no s/s of fever, chills, body aches. Some general discomfort on occasion. I know symptoms usually manifest within two weeks - two months. I am just concerned. Also, I have had shingles in past if that is of any help. I am sorry for the lengthy question but I wanted to include all relevant information for a clearer image to the problem
Regarding genital herpes
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have read your query and viewed the images.
I am going to specifically talk about genital herpes since you are concerned about that. Though a condom reduces the risk of transmission of hsv but it doesn't protect 100% against transmission. This is because a condom covers only a portion of the shaft of penis and therefore skin to skin rubbing between the base of shaft and adjacent pubic region during sexual intercourse might still lead to transmission of hsv. However, in the images I don't find any evidence of genital herpes. You do have some folliculitis (pus point) in one of the image for which you may use Neosporin ointment. Apart from that you have lot of Keratosis Pilaris (KP) on thighs and buttocks. KP is keratin plugging and is also associated with some erythema of hair follicles. This plugging manifests as rough skin which feels like a sandpaper. KP is more common on buttocks and outer thighs in individuals who have dry skin/ atopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Regarding lesions on legs
Detailed Answer:
Hi. Good morning.
Yes a white head /pus point more likely suggests a folliculitis though not all folliculitis would have a pus point. They may be just red bumps like an acne lesion whereas Genital herpes usually presents as sores or ulcers along with pain and burning sensation.
You do have kP's on your legs and buttocks in background. The individualized red bumps don't look like those of herpes. They are folliculitis. I suggest you to use an otc topical antibiotic e.g Mupirocin ointment or Neosporin ointment.
take care
