Hello. I Was Diagnosed With FAP When I Was 32

Question: Hello. I was diagnosed with FAP when I was 32 years old, and had my colon removed about 12 years ago, a hysterectomy a few years after that, and I have had repeated sigs and endoscopes. I have 5 inches left of rectum, as they reconnected my upper intestines. In February, I had my yearly endoscope and it was discovered that I had a polyp in the duodenum and it was biopsied. It was not removed. The biopsy came back precancerous (I’m not surprised, as all of my polyps have always come back precancerous) it has been almost a year and the gastrointestinal doctor has just located a doctor who is skilled with this type of procedure. I do not know what to expect. Will this polyp be removed in an outpatient procedure or is it more complicated? I have developed the expected side affects to a colectomy, and have vitamin b12 injections and take high doses of vitamin D. I also have developed diabetes
