Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Exposure to sun and heat also keeping the legs down may have contributed to swelling due to vasodilation.
This is normal.
While going inside, cooking legs and keeping them elevated has continued to reduce swelling.
I think you should not get worried about it because it doesn't indicate anything wrong.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
