Question: Hello I was testing my liver enzymes are high and was wondering what I should do it concerns are als was 101 and the other one 60 I have been drinking beer / cocktails at night on vacation could this be healed with milk thistle, stop drinking and how long should I wait to get retested. I've read your details...

Clinically minimum three times elevation of liver enzymes has any significance and at least two of the three basic enzymes namely SGOT, SGOT and Alt must be elevated three times the upper normal value.

Just don't worry mild elevation seems to be due to alcohol etc.
Have two tablets of milk of thistle for 2 weeks and repeat the test.
In case the liver enzymes are again mildly elevated get a ultrasound abdomen done to rule out fatty liver disease. It's very common and is caused due to deposition of fat on the liver.
Right now start milk of thistle and avoid drinking.

You would be fine soon.
