Brief Answer:
Either lichen planus or genital warts, answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs and there are 2 possibilities: either lichen planus or genital warts.
Do you have any similar spots elsewhere in the body?
Are you sexually active? If yes is your partner having history of genital warts?
Kindly revert with the answers.

I am sexually active, with just one partner. I don’t have similar spots elsewhere on my body, although I have had a lichen planus diagnosis on here previously. I’ve always had sensitive skin also.
Brief Answer:
Lichen planus, topical steroid
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be lichen planus.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks.
This will help in reducing them.
Topical steroids are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
