It seems like Berloque dermatitis, which is a type of phototoxic dermatitis most commonly to cosmetics like perfumes and fragrances. I suggest you to use a topical steroid cream e.g either Triamcinolone acetonide cream or mometasone furoate cream for a few days. These are prescription topical steroids
