Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I can understand your concern, all you need to do is to seek medical advice from the nearest general hospital to take a swipe from your saliva to be sure of the kind of virus you have.
At the meantime , try not to be in contact with any one of your family or friends, put a nasal mask and use water and soap to wash your hands

I had gone through your lab results , which shows mild anemia . Your ultrasound imaging also revealed a mild infection at the pelvic lymph nodes with fatty liver.

I can suggest you to take Iron supplements for 1 month to correct this anemia, and to follow up the u/s findings by doing another one after 1 month as recommended.

I hope you will be fine soon...
