I%E2%80%99ve been having issues with my skin where I will break out in rash all over my body. My skin will become itchy and painful. There are times when it will keep me up as well as wake me up. My skin will become itchy and where I itch it will become raised as well as have hives like bumps across my skin. Even when I do not have a break out if i scratch my skin i will have raised lines across it. I%E2%80%99ve had this condition for a few years but it was bearable and not frequent it has only gotten worse in the last few months.

The history and description you have provided suggestive of eczema probably atopic eczema( dermatitis). Other possibilities also be ruled out.
Do you experience any exacerbations of the symptoms after exposure to certain substances or foods.
As a first line management you can apply moisturisers which will prevent the skin from drying out. Over the counter available antihistamine like cetrezine can be taken to control itching.
If itching persists, topical steroids may be required after consulting a dermatologist.

They symptoms flare up randomly. Some days I flare up randomly while others I don%E2%80%99t have issues.
