Brief Answer:
Symptoms are typical of acid reflux.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms are typical of acid reflux and gastritis.
If possible, you can take over the counter available antacids like esomeprazole or pantoprazole, which has to be taken half an hour before the breakfast. As it is a chronic disease it takes one to two weeks for desired effects.
Avoid spicy foods and try to elevate the head end of the bed slightly while sleeping, as it will helps to prevent reflux.
If symptoms persists you can consult a gastroenterologist later and plan for an endoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query.
Thanks
