Hello, Ian Cox Here, I Am A 66 Year Old

Question: Hello, Ian Cox here, I am a 66 year old male with Grade 4 + 3 XXXXXXX score with 5 positive biopsy hits. 4 positive hits on the right side and one positive hit of 3 plus 4 on the left side. One core sample on the right is 4 plus 3. All are considered grade 2 except the one hit that is 4 plus 3.
My PSA has risen from 5.58 in Aug 2017 (down to 5.4 in April 2018 when I was using active measures and a different lab) to a 5.76 and 2 months ago a 6.3.
I have been advised to have radiation by the 4 doctors I have worked with.
2 things have made me chose a different path.
1/ My wife’s father died horribly from prostate cancer and I have been is a support group where men share stories. Typically the results are not great, however the men are still alive.
2/ I had a small period when my PSA went down, possibly as a result of my efforts.
I am seeing another radiologist on Nov 20th as I have moved to Hawaii so he can look over my shoulder and Zap me if my program falters.
My program is untested but is as follows.
1/ Administer 95% oxygen through a tunnel butt plug into my rectum up to 10 times a day.
2/ No work meaning no stress.
3/ Fitness.
4/ Meditation.
5/ Suppository CBD tincture.
6/ Lose weight. ( I am 175 normal weight now)
7/ Heat therapy on the lower part of my body. (Heat pad, hot yoga and hot over dressed running to sweat profusely in the lower body)
8/ Sow palmetto, Essiac pills, vitamins, Resvantage.
9/ Apple cider vinegar.
10/ Exaggerated breathing for more oxygen. Oxygen machine for more oxygenated breathing.
11/ Strict and excessive water consumption of Alkaline water PH 8 and above.
12/ More sex.
13/ Any immune booster I can find.
14/ Muscle gripping to create a mental focus or mindfulness at the general area.
15/ Unwavering belief inspired by the Placebo Effect.
16/ Music to replace cable news.
17/ A heated glass butt plug heating the prostate allows a precise mental focus on the area to encourage my T cells to fight hard. I speak to my T cells. (Not sure if they understand English)
I realize I am playing with fire given the cancer may want to take a tour of my whole body, but I am vey hopeful of my program and I am looking for input and extra ideas to combat this monster.
Thanks Ian

Brief Answer:
Best of luck
Detailed Answer:
Hi Ian,
I totally respect your choice of an alternative path (to cure?) However, what you describe has no scientific basis and I cannot recommend it as a means to treat your prostate cancer.
My personal recommendation for you would be to see the doctor in Hawaii for counsel and further Oncological treatment.
Best wishes.
